I had a question about my booking and they got back to me really fast. It wasn’t perfect, but they helped me sort it out without much hassle

I booked through Rydges thinking the wording made it sound like check-in would be quick and straightforward, but that definitely wasn’t the case. The staff were friendly enough, but they seemed a bit unsure and kept asking me for the same details I’d already provided. After a long trip, standing around with no clear explanation was frustrating. The room itself was fine, but the whole check-in experience really put me off.

I’m not totally sure what to make of the service, honestly. Some days everything is cleaned up nicely, but other times the bins are still left full, which is a bit frustrating.

Overall, my stay was fine and the staff were really nice. The Wi-Fi worked okay most of the time, but it did drop a few times at night and got slow when I was trying to get some work done. Maybe it’s just me, but I really notice when the internet isn’t steady. Would’ve been a much better experience if the connection was more reliable.

It kept blowing warm air, then randomly going cold for a few minutes before basically doing nothing again. We mentioned it to reception, but nothing really changed, which was frustrating. It’s hard to sleep when the room feels stuffy all night. For the price, I think it’s fair to expect the basics like working air con to be properly maintained, and if there’s an issue, the hotel should take responsibility and make it right. I’d definitely think twice before booking again.

There was hair around the sink and in the shower, and the toilet didn’t look like it had been properly wiped down. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they were nice about it, but nothing really changed. For what I paid, I was definitely expecting the bathroom to feel a lot cleaner...

The mattress felt a little too firm for me and the pillows were flat, so I didn’t get the best night’s rest. Nothing was bad enough to ruin the stay, but if comfort is a big factor for you, it’s worth keeping in mind. I’d probably stay again if the price was right, but I’d be a bit cautious about paying too much given the bed setup

I really enjoyed the pool and gym during my stay. Both were clean, easy to use, and definitely a nice bonus. If you like having good facilities while you travel, I’d recommend it.
